The best project details are usually the ones nobody notices after construction is complete. 
A properly coordinated panel location, a clear service route, a well-placed cleanout, enough access above a ceiling, or a correctly located exhaust termination can save a lot of time, money, and frustration in the field. 
MEP design is not just about making systems work on paper. It is about thinking through how they will actually be installed, maintained, inspected, and used. 
That is where good coordination makes all the difference.
