About Rogue
Rogue Engineering and Design is a full service MEP/FP engineering firm. Our mission is to create an engineering experience focused on quality, attentiveness, and transparency, key characteristics that we feel are lacking in today’s engineering industry.
Quality: On every project, we will deliver a product that we are proud of. We will not cut corners. We will not take the easy way out.
Attentiveness: We understand the importance of listening. Our services will be tailored to the needs and wishes of each client. We understand that our responsibility as engineers and designers is to take a client’s vision and ideas and make them a reality – all while meeting code and designing safe, reliable infrastructure.
Transparency: We believe that the client should never have to wonder about the status of a project. We achieve this by providing an anticipated schedule with every proposal. Upon proposal acceptance, we provide a live document Gantt chart that we update as the project proceeds. Additionally, we pride ourselves on availability, and respond to all Emails and phone calls promptly.
We have assembled a network of experts that share these core values in trades outside of MEP/FP engineering: From architects and structural engineers to civil engineers and hazardous materials experts, our network allows us to confidently pursue our mission on even the most challenging of projects, no matter the client’s needs.
We are fully insured and currently licensed to work in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Texas.
Our Team
Lucas T. Pomerleau, PE
President
Mr. Pomerleau co-founded Rogue Engineering and Design in 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Pomerleau worked for over eight years at an established MEP/FP engineering firm as a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Mr. Pomerleau’s engineering experience includes acting as as lead engineer and project manager for several projects throughout all aspects of the MEP/FP engineering field, from planning/design all the way through construction and project closeout.
David L. Bazer
Vice President
Mr. Bazer co-founded Rogue Engineering and Design in 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Bazer worked for several years at an established MEP/FP engineering firm as a Senior Designer and Project Manager.
Mr. Bazer has acted as project manager for several projects throughout all aspects of the MEP/FP engineering field, including commercial and residential new construction projects, modernization projects for local housing authorities, and largescale, campus wide fire alarm system replacement projects.
RYan t. nordstrom
Director of Business Development & Operations
Mr. Nordstrom Joined Rogue Engineering and Design in 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Nordstrom worked in the consumer product industry in a number of capacities.
Mr. Nordstrom leverages his experience in all phases of businesses from start up through acquisition to provide operational excellence.
LUIS E. oliva
Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Designer
Mr. Oliva joined Rogue Engineering in February of 2024. With extensive project management and mechanical design experience, Mr. Oliva’s diverse project experience makes him well suited in being able to provide unique design solutions across all project types.
